This summer, we have been enjoying making this quick noodle stir-fry. We saute cabbage and onions, and then add chiles, garlic, tofu, broccoli, sesame oil and plenty of balsamic vinegar.

We’ve been getting some small thin carrots from the farmer’s market. We give ‘em a scrub, toss ‘em with oil and zataar, and throw them into a 425 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
